Judicial Activism and Its Implications for Good Governance: A Case for Judicial Reforms in Pakistan

Judicial activism plays an important role in shaping various countries' political contexts with different systems and regime types. Academic literature debates are divided among groups favour against judicial activism. This work reviews range of available data to probe case Pakistan from 2005 2013. seemed be short-lived selective nature. The Supreme Court (SCP) exercised without limits cases representative parliamentarians who were already constrained many matters by other unconstitutional powers. No doubt, it reviewed malpractices the executive domain public policy governance, which enhanced its legitimacy popularity.
